Cruise Exploration

Age Appropriateness: 6-18

Instructions:

1.      For this activity you will all ride in your car and drive around anywhere you like. It could be your neighborhood, downtown, out in the country, etc.

2.      Bring a notepad or electronic device to record some ideas

3.      During your cruise find 3 interesting/new/cool/etc. things (could be anything from a tree to a fancy car) you would like to learn more about

4.      Return home and through books or the internet find at least 5 new facts about each thing you wanted to know more about

5.      Have each participant create a mini presentation to present in front of everyone to share new knowledge

List of Items:

·         Vehicle

·         Notepad/pen or electronic device

·         Encyclopedia collection/science books/history books

And or

·         Electronic Device (tablet, laptop, phone)

·         Internet connection

·         Paper to help present
